Shipping Destinations

Atelier Lige is pleased to offer shipping to customers worldwide. We work to deliver our watches safely and efficiently to your doorstep, wherever you are located.

Processing Time

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another notification with your tracking details.

Order Verification: In some cases, we may require additional verification or information before processing your order. If this happens, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, carrier delays, customs processing, local holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number may take up to 24 hours to become active.

You can track your order directly through the carrier’s tracking system or through the tracking page provided in your shipment confirmation email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Atelier Lige handles all applicable taxes, duties, and import fees for your order whenever possible. This means that the price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay.

In rare cases, local authorities or customs offices may apply additional procedures depending on the destination country. If you have any questions about your order, our customer support team will be happy to assist you.

Shipping Address

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. Atelier Lige is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the information before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed throughout the process.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact us immediately with photos of the package and the product. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, when applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
