At Atelier Lige, we work to offer carefully selected timepieces and accessories through trusted international suppliers.
Although we do not manufacture every item directly, we are committed to providing a safe, transparent shopping experience and a fair claims process in the event of justified issues.
📦 When can you request a refund?
You may request a refund in the following situations:
You received a damaged, broken, or defective product.
The product received does not match what you ordered.
Your order has not arrived after the maximum delivery timeframe indicated, except in cases caused by external logistics issues such as customs delays, strikes, or carrier disruptions.
You experienced a documented adverse reaction or issue and wish to report it.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to contact us with your order number and the corresponding evidence, such as photographs, videos, or a medical report if applicable.
❌ When are refunds not available?
We are unable to offer a refund in the following cases:
The product has been used beyond a simple inspection or fitting.
The damage was caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized manipulation.
More than 14 calendar days have passed since the order was delivered.
For hygiene reasons, opened personal-use products cannot be refunded unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.
💳 Refund methods
For orders paid using a traceable payment method, such as card, PayPal, or similar, the refund will be issued through the same original payment method.
For orders paid by cash on delivery, a refund in cash or by bank transfer is not possible, as the payment is not registered through a traceable payment system.
In these cases, the customer will receive store credit for the corresponding amount, valid for future purchases at Atelier Lige.

Even though we may not be the direct manufacturer of every product, we are committed to acting with responsibility and commercial transparency.
If we receive a justified claim, we will assist you throughout the process and, where applicable, issue a full refund through the original payment method, or store credit depending on the case.
